COME ONE COME ALL TO THE ANNUAL MGB PICNIC

We are looking for suggestions and volunteers for the picnic to make

it a good time for all.

All the CLOS Doctors and Staff will be there along with maybe a

Celebrity or two. ;-)

The picnic will be held at Beautiful Discovery Park in NV

(Las Vegas)

2011 Paseo Verde Pkwy. , NV, 89012

Saturday April 28th 11:00 to 4:00 pm.

There will be a support group meeting Friday April 27th (time and

place to follow)

is a suburb of Las Vegas just 15 minutes from the Strip and

Airport. Just down the street from Green Valley Resort and the District.

There are fabulous deals on the internet for hotel rooms. This is a

great time to buddy up for ride share and renting condos and houses.

The park sports volleyball, tennis, handball, basketball, baseball

diamonds, horse shoes, swing, slides, rock wall, it is beautiful!

There is a community pool with slides, gym, full rock wall, and a

library just a half a block away.

We will also have gunny sack races, egg toss, and maybe (depending on

if our DJ recovers form a surgery) karaoke.

CLOS will barbeque hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken nitrate free of

course. Unless you have better suggestions. ;-)

In the past MGB patients have contributed their favorite dishes. Cold

salads, deserts, chips, veggies etc…

We do need some local volunteers to help with a few things if you are

interested please e-mail me at trish@... and type mgb picnic in

the subject line.

There will be a Picnic planning meeting April Monday 23 2007 at 6:00

at St Rose Hospital Same Day Surgery 2nd floor.
