People should not be offended by how much or how little they started out with or how much or little anyone should or does lose...it has NOTHING to do with weight...we all have different body types and builds...it has to do much more with creating a healthy BMI for each and every one of us. Sure, I was just over 200 lbs to start...but I had a BMI of 40!! I am a slight body build and that was way more than I should be packing. Now I have a BMI of 26....BIG improvement overall...and I don't care if I regain and lose 5 lbs now...because I know IF I regain it, it can come right back off, too...and what is 5 lbs after 85 are gone? We ARE all different...and if I hadn't had this done, and lost the weight, chances are, I would be spending the rest of my life in a wheelchair or wearing a prosthetic right leg...don't judge yourself by others standards...set your own priorities and LIVE by them. I used to LIVE TO EAT...now I EAT to LIVE!!! It is waaaaaayyyyy more fun!!BIG HUGS, AND GOD'S BLESSINGSDawnita MayLowpass, Oregon10/05/05 dob 209/135/120 5ft 3inches See Mylatest photos at: http://dawnita1961.myphotoalbum.com/
