Guest guest
Group Well after my tiny unfill (0.1 cc), I think I have hit my sweet spot! I have lost 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks and have been able to eat like a bandster with no problems, pain, etc. (1/4C. protein, 1/4C.veges,1/4C. something else for 1 or 2 meals a day--sometimes 3 meals). The weight just came off with no effort! The band really does work great when you are filled right! I also have been walking 3-4 days a week and I think that has helped too. As for the NSV: my daughter Carla (banded 8/4/05)came for a visit and we dug out boxes and boxes of clothing I had stored in the shed as I grew out of it. We spent a whole day trying on clothes and dividing them up ( they were pretty classic type career clothes so were not out of style). The news is that they were 12's and 14's and we now have brand new wardrobes!!! She is going to take them home in shopping bags and tell her husband we went on a shopping spree! He will have a heart attack! I found so many things that I loved back then and hated to part with. There was even one outfit that my mother bought for me in Scotland when I was 17 years old! (very classic 100% lambswool sweater and wool skirt) It fit both of us perfectly! It was just like going shopping. My husband just shook his head--he really doesn't get it! Here's hoping all of you finally find your sweet spot and have as much fun as we did! Penny DOB 9/26/05 230/169/135 5'4 "

Guest guest
Thanks We're coming up to Burlington WA in mid August. We are bringing my grandson back home to get ready for school. He is coming to spend the summer up here in the mountains with us as soon as school is out next week. I hope we can get together, it would be really fun. What is your phone number so I can get ahold of you when we get there (or maybe before). Penny > > Wow! Penny Congratulations! I know that must have been a great feeling. Guest guest
Hey Penny, It would be great it we could meet! I just drove through Burlington about 2 hours ago. We took the kids to Birch Bay to go Clam Digging. It is a beautiful day. We didn't get to keep any Clams because the dreaded "Red Tide" is in. I am glad the Ranger told us before we decided to cook them :0) My cell # is 425-346-0713, my Massage Clinic # is 425-334-2154 and my home # is 425-334-9781. You should be able to reach me somewhere :0) I think the cell is usually the best. I will be gone the first few days of August to see Dr Aceves. My Mother-in-law is getting banded on August 1st and my daughter Amy will be going for her first fill. After the 3rd we should be home all month. If you could let me know a few days in advance I can take the day off. This is very exciting. I am so happy we get to meet :0) Talk to you soon, WooHoo! Sweet Spot! Guest guest
Penny, that is so fantastic! Congratulations to both of you! I will be having my first fill later this month. I'm ready, because right now I tend to overeat a bit. Still losing, but very slowly. I look forward to a fill, but I don't look forward to exercise! Guess I'm gonna HAVE to start that - or else! Great job!! Phyllis WooHoo! Sweet Spot! NSV GroupWell after my tiny unfill (0.1 cc), I think I have hit my sweet spot!
