Guest guest
Hi Jenni, how ya doin' slim!! Wanted to pass a few things past ya - I have had my band now since November 10th of 06 - adjusting nicely I think - have overcome MANY of my issues with food - food is certainly not my crutch anymore!! I feel as if I am perfectly adjusted - had a second fill in Feb and have 2.3 cc's in my 4.0 band. I can eat pretty much everything, accept those things that all bandsters stay away from - and am not pb'ing anymore (unless I try to eat too quickly w/big bites) but no more violent episodes - THANK GOD!!! The reason I wanted to touch base with you is this: I don't really follow the bandster rules to the letter - I am losing about 1.5 to 2lbs a week pretty steady - and pretty much eat what I want in very tiny portions. I have had real trouble getting in all my water since my second fill, but exercise often and eat healthy (for the most part) I do drink with my meals - baby sips - I don't stop drinking 1/2 hour before my meals and start up again 1- 2 hours later - and most importantly I take my time eating because I gurgle so much that if I ate any faster - I would probably pb - the 20 minute rule would not work for me b/c then I probably would not get enough calories daily from solid foods - I could easily get them in with liquids - but I didn't get a band to live on liquids for life. So I guess what I am asking you is - if I followed the rules - would I be losing faster?? What do you think - I mean everyone is different - and this seems to be working for me, but I do experience some teeter-tottering with the scale weekly also - but end up with a loss each week on Saturday. So what do you think?? Lori dob 11/10/06 249/222/125 - 27lbs gone for good! first fill 12/23/06 - 1.5 cc's second fill 2/24/07 - .8 cc's
Guest guest
Lori, Call me....251-345-9474 or 251-401-4210. I am in Mobile, Alabama which is in the central time zone. I go to bed around 9:30 so call me before that. The first number is my house phone and the second is my cell. Jenniskinygirl06 <skinygirl06@...> wrote: Hi Jenni, how ya doin' slim!!
