Had a bad experience at lunch

I dont know what caused it- maybe my bite of chicken was too large? I

have had pain before but nothing like this. My back tensed (I feel

all my pain in my back) and I had to go to the bathroom b/c I thought

I was going to lose my lunch. I had only had 3-4 bites but I really

was in pain and thought for sure I was going to throw up. Then to top

it off as I am standing over the toilet a lady just walks right in on

my b/c they didn't have locks on the stalls and I could not hold the

door and be sick! LOL!

So lesson learned- my bites can never be small enough!
