I don't have the box anymore but someone did send me a site

The cream of chicken soup is 300 calores and is a meal replacement---low fat---rich in protein---excellant source of calcium--

It is made by Healthsource Management Resources Corporation194 Hanze ave,Freeport,NY11520-4679 usa

I thought I still had the email someone sent me tha that had more flavors that I knew about (choc, van, chick) bars and dinners. The shakes were very stifying to me and they have enough protein to keep you from breaking down muscle when you loose. But they are thick particularily with crushed ice so they wouldn't be clear. Could you please give me a break down on how the HMR 500 works? I have a friend that is trying to lose about 60 pounds.I went on their website, but could not find enough info. I am helping her research the lap band surgery also. Been reading a lot of the post up in here.

I sincerely wish you guys the very best in your new weight loss journey.

Thots,

That stuff is so damn expensive. Almost 500 boxes, she might be better off trying to eat right and work out. I was going over it with her. Nurtifit, is so more cheaper than HMR.

Did you gain the weight back?

How long did it take you to lose the weight.

How many pounds did you lose in total?

Where you just drinking shakes 3 times a day, or eating as well?

How long where you on the program for?

I lost about 60 lbs in three months and yes it came back and yes it was expensive that is why I quit because I had to pay for group meetings plus the food plus bloodwork. When i ran out of money I stopped and I kept waiting for my next tax money but I slowly gained it back and then I bought more shakes when I got the tax money but without the group I couldn't stick to it. So I have kept about 7 boxes for sometime saving it for when I was sure I'd make good use of it--knowing it was too expensive to waste. If I had ever reached my goal they were supposed to teach me to maintain as was WW but... I lost !00Lbs on WW when I was in my early 20's. I got down to 195. The least I had weighed in my adult life and I was so proud. I am tall enough that everyone thought I weighed 30lbs less but at that time you had to accept the goals WW gave you and they wanted me to weigh

130 pounds which I was afraid would make me too thin. If I could make it to 160 I think I'd look and feel good. Well I'll see. I hope that works out REAL soon. Catmama
