Just so excited, I had to share with all my fellow Dr. Aceves lap band dolls!!! For those of you considering lap band,..GO FOR IT! For those of you on your way,...KEEP going! I will never look back, I feel so good, physically and emotionally, I could never go back to feeling bad about myself buried in fat. Can you share some of your good pointers with all of us?? What do you eat on a regular day. How much do you exercise. I would love to learn from you! I am almost to my year anniversary and my weight loss has been slower than what I had hoped for and what others have posted... now I just keep thinking that maybe by two years I will be at my goal and if not, the band keeps working and I will be losing!
