2lbs away from goal!

I am so excited this morning, I almost took another picture of my duck

feet on the scale to show my triumph but I will wait until I get to goal for

that! Yesterday I ate well (but didn’t cheat) so I wasn’t sure I

would lose, but I also road my bike for about 4 miles after work. I tell you,

it is hard sometimes to work out when you are already tired. I work from 8am to

6pm and then I come home, change, stretch, and either walk or ride my bike. I

usually don’t get back home until 7pm and then I eat dinner. After dinner

is homework time with the kids, then barely enough time to get clothes out for

tomorrow, kids in the bath and ready for bed, then I sit down with my email.

But I will tell you it is worth it to take that 45 min to 1hr for exercise. I

feel better, my clothes fit better, and I know I have lost inches too. Oh and a

NSV for me, I can now do full sit-ups! I can actually have someone sit on my

feet and do full sit-ups instead of just crunches. Before my belly would get in

the way and I couldn’t come all the way up because I was so heavy. We

should get a list together of all the NSV’s we have experienced. My

favorite was when I could cross my legs like a normal person. J
