Below is the URL to the federal definition

for learning disabilities. Most states would fall in line under this

definition. Once you know more specifically what the problem is, then the

information will narrow. Try not to get overwhelmed with it all, when you start

to feel that way take a break. Many autism spectrum disorders fall under this

category and the earlier they are treated the better.
