Guest guest
Hi, Just keep in mind that our goal weight may or may not be where our body says it is. We work so hard to get to a low weight, then we find ourselves gaining some. My body wants to be around 135-140. If I really worked myself silly, I could lose more, but I would probably go back to this weight range. However, you have a good reasonable goal so it may be just perfect! I hope you make it!! a --- Elinor <laussie04@...> wrote: > I'm sure you will get there. Guest guest
I'm impressed too! I'm walking at least twice as much as I ever did before, but I can hardly run down the stairs without sounding like I'm giving myself a round of applause ;-). I do want to get to the gym for some much needed toning. I'm at the one-year point and couldn't be happier. I've lost 126 pounds in a year, going from 3x and 24's to 14's and mediums. Still losing, though much slower, which is fine by me. At my PCP's suggestion, I'd originally set 170 as my goal, but I've been thinking all along that 150 would be even better. I'm 5'6 " . Might have to get that tummy tuck to lose that last stubborn 10 pounds. Will let you all know the one-year blood test results when they come. Thanks to all of you for being so supportive. :-) Kathy in VA 7/6/06 297/171 --------- Re: GOAL??????? > > 130 sounds good. Guest guest
It is just amazing how much easier it is to do excercise now. and it actually is alot more fun. at one time you probably could have never convinced me that i would like doing anything that involved excercising but i even go walking and hiking with my fiance now and love it. when i go to the beach i walk for hours withoiut even realizing it. kelli mowry 311/153 11/25/02 dr.r. keallison@... wrote: I'm impressed too!
