Take 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Stir up in 8-10 oz water. You can make it even stronger by adding 20 drops grapefruit seed extract. Sip tiny sips through a straw every 10 minutes all day long. Usually the sore throat is gone in a few hours. This favorite brew also helps stop coughing at night so you can sleep.
