Guest guest
Yep that would be me --- unfortunately I wanted it in June and then it was on a weekend that I couldn't make it....... I always " intend " to be there --- sometimes life gets in the way. Once again this year, regardless of when it is I will try and be there and help in any way that I can. Guest guest
Hi Marie, To me, The Christmas banquet was magical. It was in the beautiful downstairs ball room. We had a great DJ! I had on my beautiful ballroom gown and I didn't want it to end. I danced the night away and didn't want it to end. Everyone there was wonderful. I am not ready to let the magic of the evening go. It was so grand! aW -- Picnic I guess there is no " perfect " time for the picnic. Weather is a guessing game. Some of the people who was very vocal last year wanting to change it to June from September was the very ones that didn't even show up. Go Figure!! I guess it would be nice to have it between Durham and Statesville, but finding a suitable place, I suppose it all depends on Dr. R's schedule. I missed the Christmas Party because of a previous engagement and I really have seen much talk about it. How did things go??? Happy Holidays all!! Guest guest
I too wanted the picnic in June, but unfortunately it was the same week-end as my daughters graduation from High school, otherwise I would have come. I would have loved to have been there for the Christmas party. Sounds delightful. Love, Betty Picnic > > > > > > I guess there is no " perfect " time for the picnic. Weather is a > > guessing game. Guest guest
Hi I am Sharyl Pridmore from Michigan,,I have been thinking about coming to the picnic, but even our director is not coming,,will I be totally on my own and not know anyone?? I would be driving about 11 to 12 hours on Fri, for the picnic and then driving home. The picnic is from what I understand about 2 hours long. What all do you guys do?? I danced April 8 2004 and am down to 272 from 354 and have been stuck there for about 4 weeks and craving candy corn. Not sure why as it was never that big of a deal before. Could just be the time of year as I get my witchy stuff out. Decided not to have any in the house, as I do not trust my itchy fingers and drooling mouth. Any way we are gettin poised to drive, but am wondering if we should just wait till next year, when we could stay a bit longer and furniture shop too!! Any way,,I would love to have your input, as I would need to pack today Seeing less of you and loving it Sharyl

Guest guest
Everyone who is planning to attend the Eastcoast picnic in Georgia will need to RSVP no later than 9/2/05. We understand with the price of gas, hurricanes/storms and school starting back that this may keep many from attending. Therefore, to accommodate those who can not make the Eastcoast picnic, please let me know if there would be any interest in having a NC picnic at Tanglewood in October. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
