Extra exercise, even taking a walk helps! I have it occasionally, and it

really hurts, but it is usually relieved by movement, in the form of exercise.

I

still eat better standing up. It may be gas, also.

Hi Aimee,

I have the same problem. While I was taking the Actigall, I noticed it more

and thought it was a side effect. Now it only happens once every couple of

weeks. But yes it is painful and always on the right side just under my

ribcage. I believe it's something in our intestines either causing gas or

caught in

the wrong way.

I don't know if it's serious or just part of our new bodies....but you aren't

alone.

Good luck,

I am certainly not a doctor, but what you are describing sounds very similar

to what I experienced after another abdominal surgery I had several years ago.

The pains and knotted feeling were attributed to adhesions. There were

times the pain was so bad it took my breath away. It happened off and on for

quite some time, then just stopped. No intervention was made. If that is what

you are going through I hope it quits quickly. I would definetly mention it to

you primary doctor though as it could be any number of things.
