But I've only tried making mayo once before and it really is easy using a blender. The trick is to be patient and pour the oil in very slowly. This recipe looks even better than the one I tried. Use as a dressing or as we did for a dip with celery, carrot, cucumber or whatever. Mayonnaise - from Fabulous Living Food Recipes by Benhaim 1 cup cashews 1 cup pine nuts 1/2 cup parsley 1/2 cup corriander Garlic chives to taste (NB I didn't have garlic chives so used ordinary and ended up putting in about 3 cloves garlic) Juice of 1 lemon Blend together Enjoy Tracey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
