Cajun Spice Mix Recipe Ingredients1/4 pound sea salt1/2 cup chili powder1/2 cup Spanish paprika2 Tbsp onion powder1/3 tsp cumin3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (habeneros)1-1/2 Tbsp dried thyme2 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper2 Tbsp dried basil2 Tbsp dried oregano2 Tbsp ground coriander1/2 tsp white pepper InstructionsMix all ingredients together and place in a jar for storage.
