I was able to get some nice fresh watercress and have been eating it in

my salads..yummy, so yummy. Gives the salad a little pep.

Now, should I be concerned about liver flukes?

You only need to worry if your liver is toxic and congested. Otherwise,

if you are in good health then I wouldn't worry too much. Besides, you

already ate the cress so it is a little late to worry about them. Best

just to enjoy, worry only creates stress in the body and mind. Uses up

too much energy.

I got more fresh watercress this week. It's around every year but this is the first year I started eating a lot of it. I even juice bunches of it. I love it! Another one that's in season right now is asparagus and I've been stuffing my face with that. I steam it and eat it just as it is...nothing on it. Fantastic!!

I'm trying to cut back on my worrying so I took liver flukes off my list. Life is too short! Plus I don't even know what a liver fluke is;-).
