ginkgo biloba, cayenne, comfrey tea, are a few.. do a search in the message archives, "varicose veins".... I believe around thanksgiving or so and then just recently, maybe Feb/early march?.... Search the archives - they are from lack of calcium and a tea from white oak

bark, applied with cloths, is supposed to help a lot. (If memory serves me

right!)

Since I started rebounding, my spider veins have diminished –

not gone completely, but I can tell there are fewer of them. Maybe that type of exercise would also help

with varicose veins.

Thanks Carol for the rebounding tip. I rebound and do not have varicose

veins...I was gathering infor for a friend. Rebounding is good for the

lymph system and when I did further research, wheatgrass jucie was

recommended and that is also goood for lymphs. Hummmm.

I guess keeping those lymph glands flowing is the answer to many health

problems.
