Guest guest
Search the archives - they are from lack of calcium and a tea from white oak bark, applied with cloths, is supposed to help a lot. Guest guest
Since I started rebounding, my spider veins have diminished – not gone completely, but I can tell there are fewer of them. Maybe that type of exercise would also help with varicose veins. Carol ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Would you benefit from a more effective and healthy immune system? Guest guest
Thanks Carol for the rebounding tip. I rebound and do not have varicose veins...I was gathering infor for a friend. Rebounding is good for the lymph system and when I did further research, wheatgrass jucie was recommended and that is also goood for lymphs. Hummmm. I guess keeping those lymph glands flowing is the answer to many health problems. Anne
