Guest guest
What does one do with it? I found an organic farm, courtesy of localharvest.org and got my first *box* of veggies today. From a simple google search with rutabaga +raw I found that I can just put it one a salad! How wonderful! Anyone have experience with it? These are young ones. Guest guest
With a stout knife, slice them into one inch slices then cube them. Steam untill tender, add butter and eat, yum yum. Or mash and add to mashed potatoes (if you really want to extend the flavor).
