Guest guest
// Well after some up's and down's I have finally gotten to my goal weight of 140..// Congratulations on the weight loss. 84 lbs in 4 months is a lot of weight lost - very quickly. I don't know how you did it (well you obviously didn't eat) but it couldn't be very healthy. I hope you didn't starve yourself to get to your goal so quickly. Please keep us posted and let us know how well you maintain your weight. I could go into a long lecture about how starving yourself does not teach you how to use the band blah blah blah but I know you already know all that stuff. 280/180/140 7/18/

Guest guest
Donna, CONGRATULATIONS!!! You have done a great job of following the plan and exercising!! I have been following your progress and I am so very impressed!! Really!! You have truly worked on changing more than your eating and it shows!!! Running is the best calorie/fat burning exercise of all, and will keep you heart-healthy for many years to come!!! The men in your life are lucky to have such a strong, dedicated, beautiful (and thin) mother/wife. What a great model you are for them and all of us bandsters!!!! Don't let anyone tell you different!! You are an inspiration to many of us!! Life is good :) Enjoy and celebrate your success!!!!! Congratulations again!!
