Hi my name is Dawnna Music I am in Washington state, I just had my

surgury last Wednesday August 3rd. Sence the Saturday before surgury

the 29th or 30th of July until today I have lost 32lbs. I am so

excited. What a rush!

I am tired of chicken broth. I have tried beef and seafood broth I

can't stand them. Any other suggestions on clear liquids? I have had

jello.

Another question is when does the soreness from the surgury go away?

It has been a week and one day. I have gone through the Tylenol that

the Dr. gave me and another bottle.

Nina-When can I start the asprin I was perscribed before surgury?

Well off to bed now. Chat soon.

Hey Mrs. Music,

32 lbs, I am impressed! You are doing awesome. Have you tried the Isopure protein drinks? I only like the orange flavor. Someone on the site said grape is good, but my GNC didn't have any. I also found that 's chicken noodle soup broth is the BEST. I just strained the broth from the noodles. The flavor was very satisfying. You hang in there, the clear liquid stage will be over very soon. I know I was so glad to get to the mushy food stage :0)

Where in Washington State do you live? I live in Lake s.

Regarding the soreness, I didn't have much after surgery. I have been reading other posts and I think by week 4 it is dramatically better? I think you will have tenderness for sometime, but actual pain I hope it gets better for you real soon!

Again Congratulations on the 32 lbs. I am week 3 and am only down 16. You go girl!

Hey Dawna

This is Penny--Carla's mom. Wow! I am truely

impressed! Glad to see you are doing well and have

lost soooo much weight! You and Carla have convinced

me to " take the plunge " and get me a lapband. Keep up

the good work--Carla drinks the broth off of Ramen

noodles if that is any help.

Penny from Colorado
