Guest guest
Hi Lee; Looking online I found a pretty good site that had this info:CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT http://www.cochlear.org/sys-tmpl/frequentquestions/ Is there a class action lawsuit against Cochlear Corporation?tion lawsuit for common law fraud. This is especially true for users who have purchased service contracts (or extended warrae device repairs or replacements, or utilized Cochlear's dummy billing service called Otologic Management Services. In spring 2001, Cochlear informed prospective members of the class that Cochlear would refuse to service the equipment if an action was filed. Despite the illegality of the threat, a national law firm has ceased recruitment. The action is under consideration by other firms with recruitment beginning at a date to be determined. No additional information is currently available. This website is not affiliated with this action, and cannot respond to specific questions about it. However, interested parties are encouraged to confidentially contact fraud@.... There just too many flaws, and the last I heard, there is no lawsuit, only an investigation by federal government. My feeling, there too many broken links and too many non-existed or undependable links, I see NOTHING to link us to a site that is " reputable " . sorry, but that my opinion, Lee

Guest guest
Lee, How ironic...I got the same kind of e-mail -- only mine was for a class action lawsuit against another well-known company. <sigh>
