Okay, gang, lets put our heads together. We have some new friends out here, a wonderful couple expecting their first baby in about 3 months. The wife has to have heparin injections regularly for Factor V Leiden. She has a history of DVT, left arm, elbow to shoulder about 12 inches long. She has asked me if I could find out anything “alternative” (yes, I am already making a reputation for myself here as a

Hedge Witch). They eat basically the SAD diet, but lean more toward less fat and animal protein and more toward greens and fruits. They are not looking to change their lives (not yet, but I’m working on it), but just looking to educate themselves so that they can make better choices. One thing I personally am wondering is about the bruising. She has severe bruises at the injection points. In this type of condition, would Arnica be appropriate? If not, what else would be recommended? So, y’all, put your thinking caps on, and let’s see what we can come up with to help these wonderful people.
