Guest guest
The year of 2006 was especially hard year for me because my husband of 40 years passed away after a very long illness. I was to have my band surgery 2 or 3 different times and changed becaused he had gotten so bad that I could not leave him. He knew that I was going to have band surgery and was excited for me but I couldn't get until he was gone. 6 weeks after he passed I went ahead and had my surgery because I know that is what he would have wanted me to do. I only have one son and he and his family live in Lexington,Ky. and I live in Tennessee so he has not always been able to be here with me when I get down. I didn't know about this message board until after I had my surgery but you folks have become my family and have stood by me thru a very difficult time and I want to say Thanks to all of you for being so kind and considering of other people.
