Jim, Congratulations on your success thus far, it will only get better and better...Yep, I remember the 1st time I tried on some of my old clothes and they fit it is a huge accomplishment...One we can be forever proud of...I am a year out and sooooo close to goal... But, I was wondering...You said this is your 3 week anniversary and your scheduled for a fill next week (at 4 weeks)? Isn't that to soon for a fill? I was told after Dr. A. performed my surgery that the earliest to get a fill would be at 6 weeks, he perferred 8 weeks...I just don't want you to rush your healing time...Timelines may have changed since I was banded so I may be out of the loop now on that subject. But, when you get your fill your weight will really start to drop like rocks...It's amazing! Before you know it you'll be in "Onederland"!!! Take care and best of luck with your

fill... Rena DOB: 9/26/06 204/136/135bchc59 <bchc59@...> wrote: Hi all! Yesterday was my "three week anniversary" of becoming a Bandster. Hi Gail,

Nope, the pain is finally gone. It sure hung in there for a few

weeks though...just in my left shoulder area. Take care! -jim

Hi Jenni,, My thoughts too! I spoke to the clinic folks near here in sbluff, Nebraska, and she strongly suggested that if I have lost that much already I would need a fill. At their clinic they tend to do the first fills between 4-6 weeks. I feel ready. -jimbovicky burns <vickyburns26@...> wrote: J Currie <giftedtch > wrote: A fill already??? Is

Dr. ' office never called me back, so I checked on Dr. A's website and found a Dr. in Dallas that does fills with fluoro for $300.00. I went ahead and made an appointment for Nov. 6th, but Chad wanted to go with me on a Sat if I went to Dr. . So I may see when she could get me in. Probably not much difference in cost since it is a littler further to , TX than Dallas. If you can find it you can just email it to me Monday. Thanks. rena brown <rena71857@...> wrote: I use to have it, I'll look

Deb, thanks for the information I have an appointment with her on Nov. 10 in Tyler, TX. I am really excited about this. I am 4 months out and this will be my first fill. I told my family I am more nervous about the fill than I was the actual surgery, how crazy is that??? I have lost 48 lbs so far, but the weight loss has come to a halt so it is time for the fill. Where do you live? It is just wonderful to have "great friends" on this board that you can consult with. Thanks for all your help! I am really excited about this. I am 4 months out and this will be my first fill. I told my family I am more nervous about the fill than I was the actual surgery, how crazy is that??? I have lost 48 lbs so

far, but the weight loss has come to a halt so it is time for the fill. Where do you live? It is just wonderful to have "great friends" on this board that you can consult with. Thanks for all your help! Bobo DOB 6/22/07 253 245/205/145 Deb <horseigot > wrote: Hi ,Yes I use her and she is great. She was banded in Mexico too.$200.00 for fill with fluoro.
