Hi Barb,

Unpasteruized cheese and milk are infinitely better for you than

pasteurized any day. Both contain living enzymes that have not been

killed due to the high temps of pasteurization. This makes them more

easily digested by the body.

If one is going to do dairy then one should always use raw unpasteurized

dairy, always.
