Guest guest
Well, I made it through the holidays and survived. I am taking things one day at a time in my relationship with Curtis, and we are just hanging in there. Weight wise, I was shocked to see I had dropped when I really thought I had gained. I had not stepped on the scale since the last exercise challenge. Thanks for asking! I am just so busy that I haven’t had much time to reply to emails. I hope things slow down soon! They have a great clear protein drink that comes in a powder and you mix it in any liquid of your choice because it has NO TASTE. I put mine in my tea in the beginning. Here is a link and you can look for the section that says “samples” https://www.unjury.com/ssl/purchasing.php .. And then I like this bananna shake here http://www.vitacost.com/Store/Products/ProductDescription.cfm?SKUNumber=834266007028 & csrc=SITEREF-linkshare from vitacost.com. But what I always recommend after the clear liquid stage is “100% Premium Whey” from Wal-mart. It comes in Chocolate or Vanilla and you mix it with milk. It is really good and has a lot of protein per serving.
