What are you drinking? I mean specifically? If you drink a lot of

fruit juices (the kind on the grocery store shelf is just water and

sugar) you will be verrrry hungry. Keep your sugar down and bump up

the broth. More protein and less sugar.

e it's , how are you? I am glad you got on line. Your

doing great. I have lost a total of 20 lbs. But still alot of

discomfort- GAS!!!! Keep in touch.

I felt something pulling too. I think it is just everything getting

settled!

The first 2 weeks were TERRIBLE for me. I literally sat there b/c I

had NO energy to do anything. Everything ended up making me sick so

I drank apple juice and water. Yum!

When I had some cream soup and oatmeal I thought I had died and went

to Heaven! You will get through it and if you follow it right the

weight will come off. I am just shy of 8 weeks and have lost 40 lbs!

You can do it!

The pulling is normal and if your bending at your waste instead of your knees you will feel it more. Liquid stage (agh) I am so glad thats over, and you will survive it 2 congrats and welcome to the banded. Try a Hot water bottle for the pain ( It was my best friend). First I want to say thank you for the support. I am following all

the rules. I feel much better today. I increased my walking and

began to use gas-x. I think that is working better for me. I feel

so much more positive now, and that my new life is acheivable. Thank

you for responding:)
