Breakfast Couscous

(recipe adapted from Cooking Light)

1-1/4 c water

1/2 c milk

1/2 c couscous

1/4 c cranberries

1/4 c raisins

1/8 c golden flax seed (or regular)

2 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp salt

Bring water to boil in small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients, remove

from heat. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Serve either hot or cold.
