I know I originally got the recipe here, but don't remember where so I'm going to post it again for anyone who may need it. I've been battling a sinus infection (WITH vertigo! -- as in crawling on my hands and knees to the bathroom in the middle of the night<G>) since Sunday and this has saved my life. Yes, I've been fasting also…both water and juice. Today is the first day I'm really up and around and feeling halfway normal, but I couldn't have done it without this oil.

Here's the recipe:

15 drops eucalyptus oil

5 drops bergamot oil

5 drops sage oil

3 drops sweet basil oil

3 drops peppermint oil

3 drops lavender oil

For one of those brown homeopathic remedy bottles (like I keep mine in), I double the recipe.

Glad to hear you're better. I think you may be right on getting it here... I usually use Super or Complete Tonic, along with using the "leftovers" in powder form to "snuff" lt opens the head up quick.. Feverfew and nettles sometimes help also. Suzi"Sharyn E. I'm breathing it in. My massage therapist also uses it when she works on my head/neck/ears and upper chest.

I have put it in my nose, but it can sting if there is any broken skin in there.

From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of LandesSharyn -Are you putting the oil in your nose or using it in steam?
