Carl has been doing OK and has been raw for 6 days now. He is taking cayenne from a herb supplier now which is a lot stronger than the stuff that I had.

He has been feeling stronger but this morning was feeling a little breathless which concerned me heaps cause that's what happened the morning he went to ER.

I think he has been doing to much trying to help me out sometimes but the experts (doctors) and the government agencies seem to think he is fit to find work immediately after what he has been through.

I better go check on him he is sitting outside trying to get some fresh air through the fumes of town and some sun.

Had Carl overdone it the day before? Could it be a bit of anxiety?

Hi Suzi

Yes he did overdo it yesterday. He did some lawn mowing and let our eldest do some. I didn't want him doing it but he did.

I sort of figured this.... try some calming teas.. Also here is a formula from the files for when he overdoes it... may or may not help.. Electrolytes A rough parallel to the intravenous solutions that are administered in hospitals and similar to the electrolyte drinks that are sold commercially. Good for giving children instead of the commercially available solution 1/3 cup lemon juice 1/3 cup honey (use maple syrup for babies) 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 crushed dolomite tablet Mix into enough water to make one quart, refrigerate. This is a good mixture for restoring energy and also for taking after vomiting, such as during morning sicknessRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: Had Carl overdone it the day before? again, how about some chamomile tea? to help with the stress. SuziRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: Had Carl overdone it the day before? Could it be a bit of anxiety? Hi Suzi And he was up and out for about 4 hours the day before to because the doctor kept in her office for 1 hour, then the bus (car) broke down for an hour, then he had to take his medical certificate to Centrelink (Social Security) another hour and then we had to take our car to get checked another hour. I know he is

trying to do too much but they all seem to think he is fit to look for work immediately - ridiculous.

Tracey, you have my deepest sympathies. (((hugs))) to you and your family.

They never do let you know it all, do they? They don't want you to worry.
