Now that I have CI, my kids are correcting me more now than before.

Still don't get it........ off is sounded as " off " , so as the off in

" office " but why is the " off " in " official " different?

You are so right. Sometimes I have to ask someone how a word is

pronounced because I have not heard it, but only read it. LOL Oh and

you may be excused. The little girl's room is down the hall, and to

your right. Hehehe.
