Guest guest Posted June 1, 2005 Report Share Posted June 1, 2005 I seemed to maybe have slowed down a wee bit from my initial loss but in anycase I'm sub the 200 lb mark (194 to be exact) Still getting the odd hunger pangs but not as many now that I'm eating soups & yoghurt.
