Wow Ken!!!!!! You look like you have lost a lot more than you are saying... Give your body time to adjust. Didn't you lose like a whole bunch to begin with....Your probably have lost more inches now. Aren't you britches loser I know when the scale isn't moving that those britches are loser, so Hey I'll take that any day. Good luck with the Holidays coming. I am going for a fill Sat., cuz I'm scare of all the temptatons of all the goodies at this time of the year. Don't be so hard on you. Just think you can now, probably be able to shoot some hoops or be more active this year after dinner than last year. Have some fun in what ever you do. You look great~keep up the good work and be more active... Debpiensky2001 <piensky2001@...> wrote: Well its that time again, 5 months have gone by in what seems like a blink-of-eye. Hey Ken, Your doing great! ya know, we can't always lose 20lbs a month forever!!! Really, 5 lbs is great at 5 mos out!! You are looking "lean & mean" How tall are you? You don't look like you weigh as much as you say!!! Sorry your wife isn't as frisky these days:( But I can relate to the holiday thing...I just don't like Christmas like I used too..Thanksgiving is great (even if I won't be able to eat much of it :-) cause it's at my moms and not at my house! Hi Ken,

Thanks for the inspirational pictures! 5 months - 70 lbs. -- Take it, smile & run! :) You are doing awesome! I love the goal setting too. My mama always told me -- If you aim at nothing, you'll hit it every time. :)

I'm sorry your wife has a tough time during the holidays. The holidays seem to affect a lot of people that way - especially if the kids are grown and gone. Don't take it personal - I tend to want to be alone too when I'm hurting too. Maybe try random acts of kindness to show her you're thinking of her.

May peace and love fill your home for the holidays this year,

Ally

Thanks Deb! I had a NSV last night when I help the coach with my 9 year old daughters basketball team, he and I played the five kids that were at practice in full court for about 25 minutes. Hey Ken,

Don't let anything or anyone mess up the wonderful job

you are doing for yourself. You are doing this for you

and your best life.

I am sure that you have talked to her about the

situation, and how it affects you. If she is going

through a depression, then it is not you that she is

rejecting and you have to keep that in mind. Would she

be willing to talk to a professional about working

this out. I am not a counselor, but that is the best

advise I can give..

Well, I hope that she does come around soon - for your

sake. ...Is this something that happens every year at

this time...sometimes the holidays just make people

feel so pressured that they do get caught up in what

they feel needs to be done, and don't give enough

thought to the people around them. You are the only

one that can answer that...Like I said, I am not a

counselor.
