I will be coming to Red Lobster on Monday. plans to come with me. I

went to clinic today - I am at 95 pounds (that elusive 100 pounds still haunts

me). Dr. Rutledge said he wants to be invited to one of our meetings. I

doubt if he would come - but guess it wouldn't hurt to invite him.

Glad you all are coming. We will look forward to seeing you. Do you need

directions to Red Lobster? It is on Wade Hampton Blvd near Bob

University. Let us know if you need directions. Monday was a good clinic. I

appreciate the time Dr. R spends checking on us and answering questions.

Hey Alisha. I'm going to try and make it to the meeting Monday if my kids

are OK. Caroline has broken her collar bone and is getting over the flu and

Connor has turned out to be quite a Momma's boy. If I can get away from

both of them for a little while I will. I would like to come with my friend

Lynn who had the surgery Tuesday a week ago.
