Meidian Valley lab in Kent WA tests for 95 foods. Don't do the Great Smokies

one, because if you haven't eaten it lately, it won't show as allergic.

I am seeing a naturopath and doing a liver flush, and an adrenal exhaustion

protocol.

Good luck,

I was redirected to a porno site too. I vaguely remember going to the

angelfire website before without a problem so maybe the correct site is down or

something?? I heard address a group of parents at a charity

function for the Westview School last April and he was very captivating, so

smart

and a great speaker...he said he attributed his ability to speak so well to

one of his speech therapists in the public school system who he has remained

friends with.

I attempted the following website from this list today and got a

pornography site instead. Perhaps it was a breakin into my system? Did

/does anyone else have the problem? The site was to be about a young

high school male with Asperger's on the Nat'l Honor society who is

advocating for students with autism.

thx for the feedback

Hi Darla,

I immediately knew what was wrong when I saw angelfire mentioned.

When I was teaching multimedia and web design classes, we used

angelfire because it was free. I had a foreign exchange student

from Japan that was so very smart but her English was almost non-

existent. She was forever accidently mispelling the site as angle

fire instead angel fire. I tried the reversal for you and it

worked. Try this link now:

I've been off line for a few days and just picked up

that I may have given the wrong website. did

say the website would be available last Tuesday at

Midnite. Sorry for the confusion. I have also

accidentally gotten on one of those angelfire

websites, and was pretty shocked at how easy it is to

land in an area not intended at all . I hope you all

have an opportunity to hear speak, he is very

positive and uplifting. Good Luck

I'm not totally raw either

but cooking fruit is really unnecessary.

All raw foods have their own digestive enzymes.

Heating above our body temperature kills all the enzymes...

thus DEAD food... which does your body NO good!

Every single function in the body takes enzymes to be completed...

why put your body in deficiency when you eat???

That's one of the biggest causes of diabetes... the pancreas robs other

metabolic systems, looking for enzymes!

Jan

I guess I'm one of those dummies who still like my food hot. We aren't all as

evolved as you Jan, but maybe one day I'll get there.

Hi Barb

If you are eating like that then you are doing a lot better than most. I think you are doing great and in your own time.

Everyone gets to where they have to be when they are ready. I know that Carl and I are ready for 100% raw now because it has been so easy. His choice was ruin his health further with medications his body has never had or go raw and heal his body to see his kids grow up. Pretty easy choice really.

I mean 3 weeks ago I went from white bread, large block of chocolate daily to raw.

I see my neighbour feeding her 3 yo Mcs etc and it really makes me sad. My kids diet isn't perfect but we are working on it and they are eating wholemeal bread and haven't had any dairy for 3 weeks now. I'm proud to say they've never had Mcs either.

You are doing great eating a wholesome diet. Just do the best you can each day and don't beat yourself up because I know that makes it even harder - keep positive and just make small changes when you can.

Blessings

Tracey

You're doing great Barb!!!barb g <themainers@...> wrote: Hi Jan, I guess I was in a bitchy mood when I responded to that comment. If is sounded sarastic, it was meant to, but I regret that now. I try to stay in a "positive" place. It just felt like a bit of an insult to me (I know it wasn't directed at me because we don't even know each other). I probably wouldn't cook my fruit very often anyway. Today a banana, a mango, an orange and all raw. In fact I do admire those that can do the raw thing but I'm just not there yet. I don't think it makes me a dummy but just not as advanced as some of you. From 2 years ago when I ate all the crap and processed food, I made a complete turn around. I never eat anything with PHO's or high fructose corn syrup. Nothing processed, No white bread,

just whole grains, no sugar, no fast food etc. I guess every once in awhile something slips thru but I really like eating healthy (healthier than I was for sure). I will keep trying to progress to even better but perhaps in another two years I'll be giving that speech to someone else. Sorry for my negativity.

Tracey, What an encouraging response!! Thanks for posting it. I know it wasn't directed at me, but it lifted me up! Speaking of McD's, have any of you seen the documentary "Super Size Me"? I now work at a video store, and we (the employees) get to choose what to watch in the store. I watch it regularly. I strongly recommend it!!! I got hepatitis C from many blood transfusions in 1988. I was going down

hill with it pretty much. A friend suggested liv-flush. I started taking those

vitamins. After a while my counts looked much better. I was able to go back to

work 30 hours a week. I never took any of the new treatments. All my care I

got from the hematologist that worked on my blood disease. I was so far into

debt from my intensive care treatment in the hospital I couldn't afford

another doctor.

Then my parents got sick and died and I cared for them until the end. Then I

started getting fibromyalgia etc.

The last test before my insurance ran out showed negative for the hepatitis

virus. Now that I have to go to the clinic for care I found out that I have

tested positive again. I can't see a specialist until April. Since it worked

before I found liv flush on the Internet and have ordered some more to take.

Asked the pharmacist at KMart about the ingredients before and she said it

was an excellent product.

My liver pain is back. Last time I had it it became painful enough for an

occasional pain pill. The confusion and fatigue was what kept me in bed most of

the time.

A friend of mine went the interferon route and it damaged his heart. So now

his hep is in remission and he has a damaged heart. I think he went through a

clinical trial program.

I knew I probably had hep in my body because even when it tested negative

the doctor told me there was a more definitive test. I never gave much though

about the hepatitis until this test came back positive.
