Guest guest Posted February 11, 2006 Report Share Posted February 11, 2006 Hi everyone, Today I have finally reached the 30 pound mark. I weigh 179. My surgery was at 209. It has taken me since October 21st to lose this much. I feel so good. I am looking forward to having my goal to be in the 160's by my birthday March 12th so 10 more pounds. I also have a goal to lose 5 more lbs by March 22nd which is when I am seeing my family for the first time (Vacation to Prescott Valley, Az). My aunt and uncle, brother, mom, and grandparents will be seeing me for the first time since losing weight. I am so excited! Here's to achieving our goals! I know we can do it!
