Guest guest
Deby here. I used to work in a pharmacy that sold tiger balm. It's a sport cream /ointment for sore muscles. Some people swear by it, others say it didn't do a thing for them. tiger balm > > Could anyone tell me more about tiger balm and in what cases can be useful, what is benefit of its? > > >
Guest guest
This can be said for ANY medicine. Be it herbal or prescription. Give it to 100 sufferers, and you'll get the whole gamut of responses. , the lurker richard saling wrote: Deby here. I used to work in a pharmacy that sold tiger balm. Guest guest
It was informational. No insult or anything intended. Your note seems to indicate that you were. How could you have been? My only intent was to let people know that there can be no miracle drug or herb that cures everyone of anything. It was a confirmation of your " footnote " . NOT a point of contention. Even, my neem oil will not help everyone. No matter how fervently I assure them that it's been known for millinia to cure any dermal condition. HTH, richard saling wrote: > And your point is, ? Guest guest
Hi Janice, You are right, Tiger Balm is very strong, and must be used with care. However, for those who can tolerate the smell (I can't because of sensitivities to odours), it is very efficient in relieving headaches, sore joints and muscles, etc. I used to use it quite a lot for these things, and used to find the relief wonderful. The secret: To be VERY CAREFUL, to concentrate very well on what one is doing; apply small amounts, and thoroughly wash hands immediately (scrub with brush if necessary), making sure there is none left on hands/fingers (no more smell if possible). Headaches: Rub a bit of Tiger Balm on temples, and back of neck if needed. Sore throat: Apply small amount on throat. Sore muscles and/or joints: Rub small amount on sore areas. Etc. Hope this is useful. Fran :- )
