RE: Picnic and Pounds Lost

Hi Everyone

First let me say THANK YOU!!! to everyone that showed up at the picnic.

We had a great time and I enjoyed seeing everyone and catching up on how

great all of you are doing.. I'm sorry I didn't get to go out with all

of you Saturday night. It sounds like you had a great time.. I wanted to

report on how many pounds we all have lost...It was amazing, Drum Roll

Please........... 5275 lbs... (-; WOW that's alot of pounds.....

We will keep everyone posted about the Christmas Plans. I know alot of

you would like to have a Christmas Party. The turn out last year was a

little disappointing so we would love to know that alot more of you will

be showing up. I agree it would be a great time, We all love to dress

up..

Take care and again thanks so much to everyone that came to the picnic

and for those of you that couldn't make it, We missed you..

I agree! I had a terrific time at the picnic and the comedy club and

dancing

afterwards. The club at the Sheraton Four Season in Greensboro was

great.

Maybe we can work out a deal with them for the Christmas Party? I for

one

would love to come and will even work on hotel discounts for a group if

people are

interested. Let's hear from you guys! in DC

Hi Penny - we got there late - sorry I missed you - I saw you tho, I was in the

car and was talking to when you were trying to leave (I was blcoking

you - sorry). anyway - Philana and I got there late - if you want to add

our weight loss to your total - together we've lost 120 pounds (philana lost 73

in 7 months and I am at - 47 in 2 months - my 2 month anniversary was Sunday the

3rd :-)

I know you've already post the total weight and don't expect you to redo it -

just wanted to let you know we were there and missed getting in on the tally!!!

SO SORRY - but it was nice to see you even though we didn't get to meet!

You take care - p.s. - your daughter Jorie (?) & my daughter Torie - seemed to

hit it off - I think it was the name thing - too cute!!!

I'm sorry I missed you too. It would have been nice to have spent some

time with you. Yes Jorie and Torie did have a good time. They really

enjoyed each other. Jorie asked if she could write her a letter (-; Hope

that would be Ok. I am going to add your weight loss to the total and we

will repost. If there is anyone else out there that didn't add their

amount to the total please email me. I think its fun to see how much we

Hello everyone,

Want to thank everyone for coming out to the picnic on Saturday and

missed those of you that didn't make it this year. We had a great time

looking at pre-op pictures and seeing the new people you have become.

And the total weight loss is awesome. See what we can do when we work

together!

To all the surgeons that have given us our lives back, thank you, thank

you, thank you. You are all great and we love you.
