680 calories? That is a starvation diet! Why so low on calories? What you

eat is important, but so is the amount that you eat. Add some snacks, a protein

drink, something to get your calorie intake up!!!

I'm hungry today.....here's what I've eaten - do you think it's too low on

protein or what? Any & all suggestions welcomed:

Breakfast at 9:00 am 1 - South Beach Breakfast Wrap (220 calories, 15 gr.

protein)

Lunch at 11:30 am 1 - Lean Cuisine Peanut Chicken w/ whole wheat pasta & veggies

(280 calories)

Snack at 2:30 - 1 Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie - 188 Calories

PS: I'm really bad about getting my liquids in......so that could be what's

causing my hunger as well.
