told me about muscle milk and it is now part of my day, every day!

It really tastes fabulous and I forget that it is good for me!! Best tip I

ever received for protein.

Margaret you are welcome!! It is a daily supplement for me as well as my

protein bars.

for those of you that have cereal for a night time snack - I used to as well -

not anymore tho. I could not handle the carbs and the gas from the milk and all

those carbs. I eat my yogurt after dinner for a night time snack, or a a few

spoons of peanut butter right out of the jar! It's a great snack and fills me

up and tides me over till morning. Cottage cheese and fruit is also good at

night as well, along with cheese (string cheese or your favorite hard cheese),

carrots or celery with some light ranch or blue cheese to dip it in works too.

Something a little healthier before dinner is always better for me - I don't run

myself out of the room that way and the morning routine is a little fresher as

well without a load of carbs before bedtime!

I'm not always so health conscience either - I LOVE love LOVE dark chocolate -

Dove promises are the best and I get a sweet like note with each one. I don't

eat them every day - but when I do indulge - two is all I allow myself - tides

me over, satisfies my sweet TEETH and is a healthier alternative because of the

good antioxidants in dark chocolate! :)
