Come one, come all...

Attention all pre-ops, post-ops, and anyone interested in attending:

We invite all of you to join us for the 2006 monthly support group

meetings.

The regular scheduled meetings are the first Monday of each month at

6:30 PM.

Due to the holiday the January, 2006 meeting is being held the second

week,

January 9th.

Our January, 9, 2006 meeting will start us off in 2006 MOVING WITH

WENDY.

Row has volunteered to demonstrate/lead us in an exercise session using

hand weights and exercise balls. Anyone that has hand held weights and

exercise

balls please bring them along (if you don't have hand weights

suggested bringing a couple of soup cans). We can learn how to

begin/continue

toning our bodies while having fun with others. I can assure you the

entertainment will be enjoyable. I believe could/should have been

a

comedian. Dress comfortable.

DIRECTIONS TO THE LINCOLN CENTER:

>From I-75 get off at the second Bay City Exit number 162 towards

>Downtown Bay

City. The Highway will turn into a one-way street. Stay on the one-way

across

the bridge. At the second light after the bridge turn Right onto

Washington

Ave. Then turn Left at the next light onto Columbus Avenue. Stay on

Columbus

until you come to S. Lincoln (corner/light right before 7-11 store is

Lincoln). Turn Right onto S. Lincoln. Stay on this for several blocks

and you

will see Lincoln Center on your right hand side of the road.
