Guest guest
Hi and all, No, you had not misses anything, it was my first message on the subject and it was written to fast for another doctor just looked at the right implant and it is correct but has not finished healing so a bit of waiting is in order. This condition is probably a part of Norries syndrome for our healing is slow because of very poor circulation. I will know what to expect when my turn comes grrrrrr! Guest guest
Hi Jean! Thanks for updating us on Jacques' activation. It sounds like he had a happy day on Monday especially for the left side. I am glad he does not have an infection on the right side and that it just needs more time to heal. Whew!!! 8-) Looking forward to reading his post about his experiences when he gets the chance. Continued success to Jacques and best of luck to you on your journey out of muffleness. Thanks again for letting the cat out of the bag! I'm accused of doing that all the time by my own siblings. ;-) Patti Surgery Day 11/25/02 (What A Day!) Hook Up Day BWP 1/2/03 (A Happy Day!) Guest guest
Hi I know you're worried (((Hugs))) but...maybe Jacques' situation will help your doctors take preventative measures to make your recovery that much easier. I know it must be difficult to see Jacques' in this position right now but just think -- in less than a month, he will be able to hear!!! I'm thinking of you both and I look forward to reading more from Jacques' when he has the opportunity to post. Smiles and hugs,
Guest guest
Hi Forgive me. I just caught the error in my last message. I meant to type " Just think -- in less than a few days Jacques' will be able to hear!!! " Guess my brain is moving faster than my fingers. LOL! Guest guest
LIsa, In a few days, Jacques will hear better but he allready hears from the left side, his worst before implant and they are working on his left mapping at this time so, when comes the time of his right side, since his lost has the same cause and consequence, so that the programming done on the left will make the right that much faster to accomplish. hugs, Jean At 18:31 2004-09-30, you wrote: >Hi > >Forgive me.
