Guest guest
I thought I would share this for those of you that do not get this NL. Funny thing is that the ONLY green that I have been eating which seems like forever is spinach... Wishing all well, Tone I just received the following email and realized I needed to add something VERY important to my newsletter containing the green smoothie recipe. "My daughter and I are enjoying the green smoothie that you made for your friend...I don't have any apparent illness, is it ok to continue drinking the green smoothie even though we are not ill?"Green smoothies are great whether you're healthy or sick. The one thing you MUST know is that any single green is incomplete and contains compounds that will cause problems if you don't rotate the various greens you use for the smoothies, for example, spinach one day, romaine another, then beet tops, then chard, then red leaf lettuce, etc.The reason this is so important is that when I first went raw and for two years thereafter, I only ate spinach as my greens. After two years, I developed kidney stones! Fortunately, I have a great natural healer and he fixed me up in short order. So be sure to rotate your greens. Your best bet is to get and read "Green For Life" by Boutenko (https://123webmagic.com/themastercleanse/catalog/index.php?cPath=31).Here are some green smoothie recipes to help you with green rotation:Pick one:-----------two handfuls of cut and washed spinachone medium bunch of parsley6 leaves of romainetwo handfuls of cut and washed collard greenstwo handfuls of cut and washed turnip leaves6 leaves of green leaf lettuce1 stalk of celery2 cups refrigerated spring or purified waterPick one:-----------2 bananas2 mangos2 mangos and a banana2 bananas and a mango2 cups of blueberries and a banana4 large or 6 small peachesBest wishes,--To be removed from The Master Cleanse & Raw Food Newsletter, click the link below (or copy and paste it into your browser).
