More on the article on the Peruvian LP child which stated she is a 15 year old

trapped in a 2 year old's body, and that she has Achondroplasia. Her mom is poor

and they are seeking help. Most of the comments left are this, more or less from

what I translated, Let the state help and/or make the child a ward of the state

as that is what the state is for.
