What is the proper weight for me?

Just wanted to pass along some info,from

a friend of mine who is in Overeaters Anonymous.

Take your weight and multiply it by:

12 for females = this number gives you

the amount of calories you need to maintain

your present weight. If you want to loose

weight, eat less calories.

13 for males = same as above.

Also, there is this special scale that

you might want to ask your doctor about.

A body mass index scale. It measures your

weight for water, muscle, bone. So you

can check that out. I know they got the

scales now to determine bone density for

osteoporosis.

Every so often somebody brings this

subject up about weight. This helped me.
