Guest guest
I don't think it is a blame game, I think we're just hyper freaked about getting big again. We know both sides now, and speaking from experience (top wgt 318), I DON'T EVER WANT TO GET BIG AGAIN. I don't think that asking Dr R how we are to regain some control again is out of line. Yes, we should know how to do it, but, some of us need more hand holding than others. I know that my appetite is getting more out of control for two straight weeks per month. My gyno feels that the malabsorption is effecting how my body is absorbing the birth control pill. For two weeks straight, I have PMS symptoms and then periods. She is suggesting I try the patch or the nuvra ring(?) or what ever it is called. I have gained weight. However, I have not exercised since April, yes April. I do intend on getting back into my water aerobics, not today of course, but " next week " . After all, it is actually snowing here today (flurries), but it is damn cold!! WHY DIDN'T I MOVE DOWN TO STATESVILLE LIKE I WANTED TO???????????? Maybe Dana will reply on the absorption of the pill for me. I am on the mono type and it is a little better than the triphasal type, but not much. I am sick and tired of being bitchey and craving food and retaining fluid. Tried the patch, the adhesive tears my skin off, OUCH! Anyone out there use the ring thing? I'll stop rambling now, Should Doc reply to Weight Gain?(long) > Why should Dr. R reply to inquiries about weight gain? > > I feel like there is some kind of blame game going on here.. And, why am > I seeing Dr. Rutledge take heat for something --I-- (my opinion) don't > see him being responsible for? > We all have different bodies.. and different opinions. What is yours? > > Sid Sutherland > MGB 12/01/00 > -105 (need to lose another +++more)
