Milk is an alpha-hydroxy acid that helps to loosen dead skin cells

I doubt if almond milk would do the same thing because the chemical makeup is different than cow's milk.

Hi All

I use Organic Flaxseed Oil just a little on my hands and face if I feel the need for some moisture.

It really gets rid of dryness and lines on the backs of your hands as you get older or have hands in water a lot like me.

It soaks in and is not to greasy after a short time as you only need a little.
