DON'T SWEAT IT. It early. Your body has to adjust. Try weighing only once

or twice a month. Don't stress. You will loose weight!!!! Follow all the

rules for your citrucel, yogurt, glutamine and creatine. Take a deep breath

and relax. Enjoy the ride.

I've reached Plateau 1!

oh sandy i insist you follow my flawlwss advice on this one ...

when i was on my first plateau i moaned and cried and aggrivated the

very life out of everyone! hey...it helped...

Dr R even told me to get a patch! LOL all i can say is GOOD LUCK!

plateaus pass...sometimes it takes 7 or 8 weeks but it will pass...

get some calgon and make someone rub your feet ...get a massage...

geeeez i really feel for you!!

Stop weighing yourself for a few days. :)

My first plateau - if you want to reference it that way was about the

same time, lasted about 1.5 weeks; it also was around my cycle (No

surprise.) I never expected it to be any different than that week was

on any OTHER program, diet, weight loss, etc.

I just went about doing 'the right thing'. And it started up again.

You may have reached a plateau but please take your measurements

monthly. Your body is reshaping and you are losing inches. Also, try

eating more protein to jumpstart that weight loss.
