Guest guest
DON'T SWEAT IT. It early. Your body has to adjust. Try weighing only once or twice a month. Don't stress. You will loose weight!!!! Follow all the rules for your citrucel, yogurt, glutamine and creatine. Take a deep breath and relax. Enjoy the ride. 12/16/03 Joplin Dr. H 269/183 I've reached Plateau 1! > Hi, everybody. Just wanted to share that I'm 5 weeks out, 19 lbs > down, and have reached my first plateau. Guest guest
Stop weighing yourself for a few days. My first plateau - if you want to reference it that way was about the same time, lasted about 1.5 weeks; it also was around my cycle (No surprise.) I never expected it to be any different than that week was on any OTHER program, diet, weight loss, etc. I just went about doing 'the right thing'. And it started up again. > Hi, everybody. Guest guest
You may have reached a plateau but please take your measurements monthly. Your body is reshaping and you are losing inches. Also, try eating more protein to jumpstart that weight loss.
